Malignant glandular cells with sheet of
       atrophic squamous epithelium at lower
       left. No history was provided with this
       cervicovaginal smear from an 80-year-old
       woman. It was subsequently learned that
       she had a palpable mass involving the
       uterus and right adnexa. X200.
