The following tutorial will demonstrate how to ADD A NETWORK PRINTER
| Step1: Start --> Printers and Faxes --> Add a Printer |
| Step2: In the Add Printer Wizard, click Next |
| Step3: Select the button adjacent to "A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer" and click Next |
| Step4: Select the button adjacent to "Connect to this printer ....". In the box Name: type \\dpalmintranet\ followed by the name of the printer and click next. (We have placed labels on the printer, that specifies the full name of the printer). |
| Step5: Determine whether this will be your default printer, click Next and Finish |
