Laptop Checkout Procedure
For departmental Laptop use, a written request must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance
of the requested check-out date. The request can be e-mailed to help.
Once the request is verified (by return e-mail stating whether or not a laptop is available), the individual requesting the laptop
must present a completed Equipment Removal Form with the appropriate authorized signatures upon checkout.
These forms are available in the department's Purchasing Office, MSB 2.020.
The laptop must be returned the next working day from the date indicated on your removal form.
All software, personal files, and miscellaneous information will be immediately deleted upon return.
No exceptions
Please remember, if a demonstration or presentation is required
within the greater MSB/HH property, the demo PC is always available
with 24 hour prior notification. Scheduling of this system is arranged
through the Information Systems Group (ahmad.almosa@uth.tmc.edu)
with pick-up at the department's office, MSB 2.294.
